Thank you for shopping with AVION STUDIO. We aim to provide high-quality streetwear and a smooth customer experience. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before purchasing.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at avionstudious@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or size due to a fulfillment error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Change of mind
- Worn or washed items
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited drop releases
5. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- An item is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced
- An order cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, only the product cost will be refunded unless otherwise stated.
7. Chargebacks
By placing an order with AVION STUDIO, you agree to contact us directly first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
